Our shock rebuilds consist of a full inspection by a highly trained technician, new seals and fresh high quality oil. All of our seal kits are aftermarket, meaning that they will perform as good or better than the stock seal kit.

 

 

 

 

 

Getting your shock rebuilt is easy with us. Just follow the steps:

1) Make payment before sending the shock in. Your info is automatically entered into our database so we know it's your shock when it arrives. This way your shock can be shipped right back to you once we have rebuilt it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

2) Read the shipping directions below before sending your shock in and then mail it to us at the address below:

Shipping info: DO NOT SEND YOUR SHOCK WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY! Do not send your coil-over shock with the spring and retainer! This will add to shipping costs. You may leave the hardware in if you'd like.

Canadian customers - You can use any courier you like to ship your shock to us. We have found Canada Post Xpresspost to be reliable, fast and cheap. Regular mail is fine too.

US customers - Please use US Postal to send your shock in. Do NOT use UPS, they have high brokerage fees. Keep the value of the package low! A marked value of $20 or less usually avoids all brokerage fees. Customers are responsible for paying any brokerage fees.

Return shipping info: All packages are returned using US Postal Air Mail or Canada Post Expedited. Return shipping times in Canada are from 1-5 business days and 3-7 business days to the US. Return shipping carries a flat rate of $12.00 in Canada and for the US. Contact for international charges.

3) The shock will be rebuilt and shipped back to you 24-48 hours after it arrives

4) We will then contact you by email (or phone if you prefer) to let you know that your shock has been shipped back to you and when you should be expecting it
