Currently this business is run by myself (Kyle Gravelle) out of my home shop setup. This keeps the cost low and turn around fast. Most people send in their shocks by mail so I decided it would be most economical to run the business from home.

I have been servicing suspension professionally for 7+ years and have been a pro bike technician for 10 years. My training comes from several mechanics at the bike shops I have worked at as well as professional motocross suspension technicians.

I currently ride a 2007 Ironhorse Sunday with my custom valved Fox 40 forks and a modified/custom valved Fox DHX.
